JIAXING NT ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. manufactures Wires and Cables as the base layer of every harness and cable assembly we build. Our range covers UL single-core hook-up wire, multi-core and shielded cable, control cable and computer cable, supplied on reels or cut and processed into assemblies for automotive, industrial, medical, smart home and power applications.
Because we also assemble harnesses, wire selection is handled together with connector matching, stripping, crimping and testing rather than as a separate purchase. That is the practical value of buying wire from a Wires and Cables manufacturer that runs its own cutting, crimping, overmolding and electrical test lines.
Our Wire and Cable Range
The range is organized by construction and by the electrical duty the cable has to carry. Single-core wires serve internal wiring and short runs inside equipment; multi-core and shielded constructions serve signal, data and control runs where crosstalk or interference matters.

Where Each Construction Fits
Single-Core Hook-Up Wire
UL1007, UL1015, UL1569, UL1061 and UL1571 cover internal equipment wiring from 300 V to 600 V and 80 °C to 105 °C. Choose by voltage class, temperature, AWG and whether the run needs a thin wall for tight routing.
Multi-Core and Shielded Cable
UL2464, UL2517, UL2725 and UL20276 bundle several conductors under one jacket. Shielding is specified where signal integrity or EMC conditions require it; the shield type and drain arrangement are fixed at drawing review.
Control and Computer Cable
UL2835 and UL20276 serve low-voltage control and data circuits inside machines, computers and peripherals, where conductor count and jacket flexibility matter more than current capacity.
How We Match Wire to the Application
Wire selection starts with the working point: current, voltage, ambient temperature and the mechanical duty of the run. A cable that is correct inside a static enclosure is not automatically correct on a moving axis or in an oily environment.
- Conductor: bare or tinned copper, solid or stranded; strand count chosen for flexing, crimping and vibration.
- Insulation and jacket: PVC as standard, with wall thickness matched to voltage class and stripping requirements.
- Temperature: 60 °C, 80 °C or 105 °C classes; oily environments reduce the permissible temperature, as stated on our UL1007 and UL1015 data.
- Shielding: applied where signal lines run beside power or switching devices.
- Flame performance: our single-core wires pass UL VW-1 and CSA FT1/FT2 vertical and horizontal flame tests.
- Chemical resistance: acid, alkali, oil, moisture and mold resistance are part of the standard PVC constructions.
From Reel to Finished Assembly
Our Jiaxing facility covers approximately 10,000 m² with 30 production lines organized by product type, more than 300 employees and a daily capacity of around 300,000 pcs. Wire extrusion, cutting, jacket stripping, crimping, sub-assembly, overmolding, harness assembly, inspection and packing run as one sequence.
This matters when a project needs cut lengths, stripped ends, tinned tips, crimped terminals or complete harnesses rather than full reels. We can supply wire as a standalone item or feed it directly into the assembly line, which removes double handling and keeps the conductor and insulation data consistent from drawing to finished part.
- Cut length, strip length and tinning on request.
- Terminal and connector crimping matched to the selected wire gauge.
- Overmolding and low-pressure molding for strain relief and sealing.
- Continuity, withstand voltage and reliability testing before packing.
Quality Evidence and Acceptance
NT holds IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certification, and our wire harness is listed under UL file ZPFW8.E502461 for Canada. These are the documents we attach to project files when a customer's acceptance procedure requires them.
Acceptance is agreed per project. For wire supplied on reels, the inspection scope typically covers conductor size, insulation dimensions, marking and reel length; for processed wire and assemblies, it extends to crimp pull, continuity and withstand voltage. Test method, sampling level and record format are confirmed before the first batch.
Where Our Wire Goes
The same wire families feed several of our product lines, and customers often buy wire and the finished assembly together.
- Automotive & EV Wire Harness — vehicle, ECU and diagnostic cabling, including J1939 and OBD2 assemblies.
- Industrial Control Cables — machine and panel wiring where shielded multi-core constructions are common.
- Medical Wire Harness — internal monitor and device interconnect using fine-gauge hook-up wire.
- Smart Home Wire Harness — appliance and control-system wiring in volume production.
- Signal & Data Cables — shielded runs for communication and low-level signals.
- AC Power Cords — mains leads built on the same conductor and insulation base.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
| Input | What It Determines |
|---|---|
| Working voltage and current | Voltage class, AWG and conductor stranding |
| Ambient and conductor temperature | 80 °C or 105 °C insulation grade; oil-exposure limits |
| Routing and movement | Solid versus stranded, wall thickness, flex allowance |
| Conductor count and signal type | Single-core versus multi-core; shielding requirement |
| Termination method | Strip length, tinning, crimp terminal and connector series |
| Delivery format | Reel length, cut length, labeling and packing |
| Acceptance requirements | Test items, sampling, records and compliance documents |
Drawings, BOM files, samples or a written performance target are all workable starting points. Where only an application description exists, we develop the construction and validate it through samples before production.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we order wire on reels and processed assemblies in the same project?
Yes. Wire can be supplied as full reels or cut to length with stripped and tinned ends, and the same construction can be carried into a finished harness. Keeping both in one order keeps the conductor and insulation specification identical across the project.
How do we choose between UL1007, UL1015 and UL1569?
UL1007 is rated 300 V / 80 °C and suits general internal wiring. UL1015 raises the rating to 600 V / 105 °C and extends to heavier gauges down to 1 AWG. UL1569 is a 300 V / 105 °C construction for equipment interiors where abrasion is not a factor. The deciding inputs are voltage class, temperature and gauge.
When is shielded multi-core cable required instead of unshielded?
Shielding is specified when signal conductors run close to power switching, motors or other noise sources, or when the signal level is low. UL2464 shielded, UL2517, UL2725 and UL20276 cover these cases at different voltage and temperature ratings.
What compliance documents can be supplied with a wire order?
Our quality system is certified to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, and our wire harness is listed under UL file ZPFW8.E502461 for Canada. The relevant certificates and test records are issued with the project documentation according to the agreed acceptance scope.
Can wire be supplied in custom colors and markings?
Color, printing and reel labeling are agreed at drawing review so that identification matches the customer's assembly instructions. Where a project uses several gauges in one harness, distinct colors and printed markings reduce wiring errors on the line.
What lead time should be planned for a new wire specification?
A new construction requires sample validation before mass production, so the schedule includes drawing review, sample build and approval ahead of the first production batch. We confirm the actual timeline against the specification and quantity once the project data is received.
