  1. Connectors

Both ends feature SCSI/DB male connectors with locking screws; gold-plated pins provide low contact resistance and strong oxidation resistance, supporting repeated insertion/removal with secure, anti-loosening connections.

Connectors include a polarization/foolproofing design to prevent reverse insertion that could damage equipment.

  1. Cable Body

Black industrial-grade shielded cable with oil resistance, abrasion resistance, and high/low temperature tolerance, suitable for complex factory environments.

Internal multi-core twisted pair + overall shielding structure effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference from inverters, motors, and other industrial equipment, ensuring stable signal transmission.

PLC Digital Input (DI) Signal Acquisition

The most common use of this harness is connecting PLC/industrial computer expansion modules to collect on/off signals from field devices, including:

Sensor signal input: acquisition from photoelectric switches, proximity switches, limit switches, temperature/pressure switches

Device status feedback: motor start/stop, valve open/close, cylinder position, emergency stop button status, etc.

Production line signal collection: centralized transmission of digital signals such as station arrival, product inspection, and fault alarms

Distributed IO Module Expansion

Used to connect the main controller to remote IO modules for long-distance multi-channel digital signal transmission, reducing on-site wire complexity. Suitable for large-scale automated production lines and warehouse logistics equipment.

Equipment Commissioning and System Integration

The bare-wire end design is also commonly used for temporary wire during equipment commissioning, or customized signal wire for non-standard automation equipment, adapting to different device pin definitions and signal allocation requirements.
