High-voltage wire harness of the main circuit of the power battery

With high-current terminals/high-voltage connectors at both ends, it is the main power supply harness that connects the **power battery pack** to the high-voltage distribution unit (PDU). It is responsible for transmitting the high-voltage DC power from the battery to the vehicle's high-voltage system, supplying power to all high-voltage components such as the drive motor and electronic control unit.

High-voltage wire harness for motor controller

One end is connected to the high-voltage distribution box, and the other end is connected to the drive motor controller. It is responsible for transmitting high-voltage electricity to the motor controller, and then the controller drives the motor to run. It is the core circuit for vehicle power output.

High-voltage accessory wire harness (air conditioning/DC-DC/OBC)

Some wire harness have multiple branches or low-voltage signal lines, which are used to power high-voltage accessories such as electric air conditioning compressors, DC-DC converters, and on-board chargers (OBCs), and also include control/interlock signal circuits.

High-voltage wire harness for energy storage equipment (optional scenario)

It could also be a high-voltage connection harness for equipment such as energy storage battery cabinets, UPS power supplies, and construction machinery, used for a series/parallel power supply between battery clusters.
