JIAXING NT ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is a China-based wire harness and cable assembly manufacturer serving automotive, new energy, medical, industrial control, smart home and communications projects. Our Wire Harness manufacturer range covers eight interconnected categories, from complete vehicle harnesses to individual wires and cables, supported by OEM/ODM engineering from drawing review through sample validation and volume production.
We work from customer drawings, BOM files, samples or early application concepts. The result is a manufacturable Cable Harness or cable assembly matched to the installation space, electrical load, environmental exposure and assembly method of the equipment it serves.

Automotive and EV Harness Configurations
Our automotive range covers conventional low-voltage harnesses and high-voltage architectures for battery electric, hybrid and fuel-cell vehicles. Diagnostic and aftermarket cables are also produced as standard configurations, including the SAE J1939 female connector to Molex 43025 miniature connector and OBD2 diagnostic variants.
- Connector families: SAE J1939, OBD2, MCP, Molex 43025, TE 967644-1, APEX 2.8 mm and ECU connectors.
- Harness types: main vehicle, engine, dashboard, body, chassis, robotic and high-voltage battery/motor/charging harnesses.
- EV-specific requirements: higher thermal ratings, shielding for EMC, IP-rated sealing and weight-optimized routing.
- Aftermarket and OEM production lines for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, heavy-duty trucks and new energy vehicles.
Industrial Control and Signal Integration
Industrial control cables carry commands and feedback between PLCs, sensors, drives and actuators. We build these assemblies around the electrical environment of the cabinet or machine, including shielded constructions for EMI suppression and high-flex designs for continuous motion.
Integrated harnesses for control cabinets and energy storage systems, with connector layout matched to terminal blocks and DIN-rail components.
CNLINKO and IP68 circular aviation connectors for dust, oil and washdown environments on production equipment.
DI signal adapter cables, DB9/RS232 harnesses, SCSI50 distribution and servo power/encoder cable sets.
Medical, Smart Home and Electronic Assemblies
Medical harnesses are built for stable power and signal transmission in diagnostic, therapeutic and monitoring equipment. Material selection emphasizes low-smoke halogen-free insulation, flex fatigue resistance and minimal leakage current, with configurations such as ECG snap lead harnesses, D-Sub multi-core signal harnesses and internal integrated harnesses.
Smart home harnesses support adjustable beds, controllers and connected appliances where compact routing and combined power/signal conductors reduce assembly steps. Electronic wire harnesses cover internal device wiring for chargers, motors, audio equipment and control boards, with overmolding and low-pressure molding available to improve protection and integration.
Engineering and Configuration Approach
OEM and ODM projects follow the same engineering sequence. Where drawings and BOM files are complete, we manufacture to the specified requirements and optimize process execution. Where only an application concept exists, we develop structure, material and connector recommendations and validate them through samples.
- Structure design: routing, branch layout, fixing points and connector placement based on installation space and assembly path.
- Wire and material selection: conductor gauge, insulation and jacket compounds chosen for current, voltage, temperature, abrasion, flexibility and shielding needs.
- Connector and terminal matching: mating method, insertion frequency, space constraints and reliability requirements.
- Overmolding and special processing: overmolding, low-pressure molding and multi-step harness assembly for protection and integration.
- Electrical and functional requirements: continuity, signal transmission, shielding, voltage withstand and environmental performance.
- Packaging and delivery: sample packaging, mass-production packaging, labeling management and shipment coordination.
Manufacturing and Quality Control
Our Jiaxing facility covers approximately 10,000 square meters with production lines organized by product category, more than 300 employees and a daily capacity of around 300,000 pieces. A second production site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, supports supply flexibility for overseas customers.
Process control follows a defined sequence: wire extrusion, cutting, jacket stripping, terminal crimping or welding, sub-assembly, overmolding, harness assembly, inspection and testing, then packing. Laboratory and testing equipment support electrical and reliability verification before shipment.
- IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certification.
- UL wire harness certification for Canada (ZPFW8.E502461).
- National High-tech Enterprise recognition and multiple utility model patents.
- In-house wire drawing since 2022, supporting conductor supply control.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
A proposal is prepared from the working point of the equipment, not from a catalog number alone. The following inputs allow us to confirm wire gauge, connector selection, shielding, overmolding and testing scope.
| Project input | What it determines |
|---|---|
| Drawings, BOM or sample | Harness structure, branch lengths, connector positions and assembly sequence |
| Voltage, current and signal type | Conductor gauge, insulation rating, shielding and termination method |
| Operating environment | Temperature range, oil/abrasion exposure, IP sealing and jacket compound |
| Installation and motion profile | Flex rating, bend radius, strain relief and fixing method |
| Connector and terminal preferences | Mating interface, insertion cycles and available space |
| Testing and acceptance criteria | Continuity, hipot, pull test and functional verification scope |
| Packaging, labeling and delivery | Bulk or kit packaging, label format, reel or cut-length supply |
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you manufacture from our existing drawings and BOM?
Yes. With complete drawings, samples, specifications or connector selections, we manufacture to your technical requirements and support process optimization, quality control and delivery efficiency. We review the drawing for assembly feasibility before quoting.
What if we only have an application concept?
Our ODM service supports solution development from an application idea or performance target. We propose harness structure, wire and insulation materials, connector matching and sample validation based on installation space, electrical performance and assembly requirements.
Which certifications apply to your harness production?
Our quality system is certified to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, and our wire harnesses hold UL certification for Canada under file ZPFW8.E502461. Certification documents relevant to a specific project are provided with the quotation package.
Do you support both prototype and volume production?
We support sample development, customization evaluation and repeat mass production. Our Jiaxing facility runs production lines organized by product category, and our Vietnam site provides additional supply flexibility for overseas programs.
How do you handle testing and acceptance?
Inspection and testing are built into the production sequence before packing. Electrical testing covers continuity and functional requirements, and additional verification such as hipot, pull test or environmental checks is defined with the customer during configuration.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product family. Automotive diagnostic cables typically start at 500 pieces, with some configurations at 1,000 pieces; industrial and medical harnesses generally start at 500 to 1,000 pieces. The confirmed quantity is stated in the quotation for each configuration.
