The internal monitor interconnect harness serves as the vascular and nervous system of medical equipment, carrying both power and control signals between critical functional modules. The harness is constructed with Cu-ETP1 tinned copper conductors, with insulation material options including PVC, TPU, and TPE, and cable sheath options in TPU, PVC, TPE, or silicone depending on application requirements. Tinned copper conductors provide consistent electrical performance and improved corrosion resistance compared to bare copper in internal equipment environments.

Every unit undergoes 100% electrical and power performance testing before shipment to verify continuity, insulation resistance, and correct connection mapping.
