Product Description and Application

Conductor: Multiple strands of oxygen-free copper wire (or tin-plated copper wire) twisted together, low resistivity, high conductivity;

Insulation: Brand new PVC polyvinyl chloride, with good flexibility, easy bending, moisture resistance, mildew resistance, and aging resistance;

Conductor Stranding: Two or more cores twisted together to form a cable, effectively improving the cable's toughness, bending resistance, and tensile strength.

Shielding: Utilizes a double-layer shielding structure of aluminum foil and high-purity copper mesh, effectively improving shielding performance, reducing signal attenuation, and preventing interference from external signals.

Talc powder is added during extrusion to reduce friction between wires, enhance wire flexibility, and facilitate stripping;

Extrusion Method: Extrusion tube type (loose sleeve) or compression type (tight sleeve)

Number of Cores: 1-24 cores

Rated Temperature Resistance: Suitable for use in environments ranging from -25℃ to +70℃;

Rated Voltage: 300/300V;

Packaging Length: 100 meters/roll, 200 meters/roll, packaged according to requirements;
