Custom Signal & Data Cables from JIAXING NT ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.
We manufacture custom signal and data cable assemblies, harnesses and interconnect solutions for equipment builders, vehicle and marine system integrators, industrial control panel manufacturers and medical device producers. Our range covers USB, audio/RCA, RF coaxial, industrial Ethernet, M12 waterproof sensor, aviation connector, diagnostic and controller interface harnesses, built to drawing or developed with you from an application brief.
As a Signal & Data Cables manufacturer in China with a second production site in Vietnam, we support OEM and ODM projects from concept review and sample validation through repeat mass production. The pages below show the configurations we build most often; each can be adapted for connector type, cable construction, length, shielding and environmental protection.
Our Signal & Data Cable Range
The range is organized by the interface and environment the cable serves, not by a single cable gauge. That lets us match conductor, insulation, shield and connector system to the actual signal, routing space and exposure conditions.
USB, Audio & RCA Harnesses
Panel-mount USB-A, 3.5 mm stereo and RCA assemblies for vehicle, marine and RV audio retrofits. Oil-resistant and UV-stabilized jacket options suit dashboards, helm panels and engine-adjacent routing.
RF Coaxial Assemblies
SMA, MCX, IPEX/U.FL, BNC and M12 coaxial builds using RG178 and similar coax, for antenna feeds, wireless modules and compact device-to-device RF links.
Industrial Ethernet & Sensor Cables
RJ45-to-M12 circular Ethernet cables, M12 panel-mount waterproof sensor adapters and DB9/RJ45 serial combinations for automation, vision, medical and test equipment.
Aviation & Controller Interface Harnesses
GX16 male-female extension sets and EV brushless controller Hall interface harnesses with multi-branch splits for throttle, brake and instrument signals.
EMI-Suppressed & Splitter Harnesses
Dual ferrite ring USB data cables and multi-branch ferrite-equipped splitter harnesses for noise-sensitive data lines and shared control signals.
Retrofit & Debugging Harnesses
20-pin navigation retrofit harnesses and all-in-one coiled debugging harnesses for aftermarket electronics, service benches and prototype validation.
Application Fit Across Equipment Types
Signal integrity depends on the whole assembly: conductor, dielectric, shield, connector and the way the cable is routed and fixed. We select each layer against the working environment rather than applying one construction to every project.
| Application Area | Typical Cable Type | Key Selection Focus |
|---|---|---|
| In-vehicle infotainment & navigation retrofit | USB / audio / RCA harness, 20-pin retrofit harness | Panel cutout fit, oil and UV resistance, branch length |
| Marine & RV audio systems | Embedded USB + 3.5 mm + RCA harness | Seawater and oil exposure, UV stabilization, sealing |
| Industrial automation & sensors | M12 adapter, RJ45-to-M12 Ethernet, splitter harness | IP sealing, bend radius, shield continuity, pinout |
| Medical & test equipment | RJ45/M12 Ethernet, DB9 serial, coiled debug harness | Flexibility, low-noise signal path, repeated mating |
| Wireless & RF modules | SMA, MCX, IPEX/U.FL, BNC coax assemblies | Impedance, insertion loss, connector torque and strain relief |
| EV two-wheeler controllers | Hall interface harness with multi-branch outputs | Pin assignment, waterproof locking connectors, vibration |
Materials, Shielding and Critical Specifications
Our standard builds use Cu-ETP1 tinned copper conductors with PVC, TPU, TPE or silicone insulation and jackets, depending on flexibility, temperature and chemical exposure. Connector bodies and contacts are matched to the mating interface and insertion frequency of the equipment.
- Conductor: tinned copper for corrosion resistance and stable solder/crimp termination.
- Shielding: braid, foil or combination shielding for EMI-sensitive data lines; ferrite rings on selected USB and splitter harnesses.
- Jacket: PVC for general use, TPU/TPE for flex and abrasion, silicone for high temperature; oil-resistant and UV-stabilized compounds for marine and engine-adjacent routing.
- Connectors: USB-A, 3.5 mm audio, RCA, SMA, MCX, IPEX/U.FL, BNC, M12, RJ45, DB9, GX16, XH2.54 and Molex 43025 families.
- Length and branch layout: built to drawing, including multi-branch splits and panel-mount cutout dimensions.
- Electrical verification: continuity, pinout and power performance testing on every assembly before shipment.
Where a project has impedance, attenuation or data-rate targets, we review the cable construction and connector choice against those targets before sampling. For high-flex or repeated-mating applications, strain relief, overmolding and connector locking style are agreed at the drawing stage.
Configuration and OEM/ODM Engineering Support
We work in two modes. Under OEM service, you provide drawings, samples, specifications or a BOM and we manufacture to them while optimizing process execution and quality control. Under ODM service, you provide the application, space constraints and performance target, and we develop the harness structure, material match and connector selection with you.
Structure Design
Routing, branch structure, fixing method and connector layout matched to installation space and assembly path.
Material Selection
Wire, insulation and jacket chosen for current, voltage, temperature, abrasion, flexibility and shielding needs.
Connector Matching
Mating method, insertion frequency, installation space and reliability requirements drive connector and terminal choice.
Overmolding & Assembly
Overmolding, low-pressure molding and multi-step harness assembly to improve protection and assembly efficiency.
Related product families we build alongside signal and data cables include Industrial Control Cables and Medical Wire Harness assemblies, which share the same material and testing discipline. The full product structure is listed under Products.
Manufacturing, Testing and Quality Control
Production runs through wire extrusion, cutting, jacket stripping, crimping or soldering, sub-assembly, overmolding, harness assembly, inspection and packing. Our Jiaxing facility covers approximately 10,000 m² with 30 production lines organized by product type, more than 300 employees and a daily capacity of around 300,000 pieces. A second factory in Ho Chi Minh City supports supply flexibility for overseas customers.
- Quality management evidence includes ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certification, plus UL wire harness recognition.
- Product-level compliance documentation referenced for our assemblies includes RoHS, REACH and SGS reports.
- 100% electrical and power performance testing before shipment on the signal and data harness lines.
- In-house laboratory and automated harness processing equipment support repeatable crimp, assembly and test results.
Acceptance criteria are agreed per project: pinout and continuity, dimensional check against drawing, connector engagement, and where applicable shielding continuity or RF performance. Packaging can be specified as export cartons, printed labels and pallets to suit your receiving and line-side handling.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution
A precise proposal depends on a small set of project inputs. When these are clear, we can confirm construction, sample plan and production scope without repeated clarification rounds.
| Project Input | What It Determines |
|---|---|
| Signal type, voltage and current | Conductor size, insulation, shielding requirement |
| Connector interfaces and pinout | Connector family, terminal, keying and branch mapping |
| Routing length and branch layout | Cable length, split points, bend radius and fixing |
| Environment: temperature, oil, water, UV, vibration | Jacket compound, sealing class, overmold and strain relief |
| Annual volume and release schedule | Production line allocation, packaging and delivery plan |
| Drawings, samples or 3D data | Quotation accuracy and sample turnaround |
Send drawings, a sample or an application description and our engineering team will respond with a suitable construction and quotation path. Standard MOQ on listed signal and data harnesses is 1,000 pcs, with sample lead time of 15–25 days and mass production of 3–4 weeks; project-specific terms are confirmed in the proposal.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you build signal and data cables to our drawing rather than a catalog item?
Yes. Most of our signal and data cable work is drawing-based. You provide the connector list, pinout, cable construction, length and marking requirements, and we manufacture to that specification. If the drawing leaves material or shielding open, we propose a construction and confirm it with a sample before mass production.
What is the minimum order quantity and typical lead time?
Listed signal and data harnesses carry a 1,000 pcs MOQ. Sample lead time is 15–25 days and mass production is typically 3–4 weeks after sample approval. Payment terms on standard listings are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance before shipment. Project-specific volume and scheduling are confirmed in the quotation.
How do you control EMI and crosstalk on high-speed data lines?
We select shielded constructions with braid, foil or combined shielding, maintain shield continuity through the connector, and can add ferrite rings on USB and splitter harnesses. Where the project specifies impedance or attenuation targets, we review the coax or twisted-pair construction against those targets before sampling.
Which certifications apply to your signal and data cable production?
Our quality system holds ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certification, and our wire harness production is UL recognized. Assemblies can be supplied with RoHS and REACH documentation, and SGS reports are referenced for our cable products. The applicable documents are confirmed per project and part number.
Can you support both prototype quantities and volume production?
Yes. Our OEM/ODM process covers concept review, sample development and mass production on the same construction. Prototype and sample builds validate the design; once approved, the part moves to the production lines with the agreed test and packaging requirements. A Vietnam production site provides an additional supply option for volume programs.
What testing is performed before shipment?
Signal and data harnesses receive 100% electrical and power performance testing before shipment, covering continuity and pinout. Dimensional checks against the approved drawing and connector engagement checks are part of the inspection routine. Where the project requires RF or shielding verification, the test method and acceptance limit are agreed at the sample stage.
