Our product is a multi-core 1-to-4 (1-drag-4) branching wire harness based on the standard XH2.54 series terminal design, in which a single main trunk harness extends into four independent branch terminals through an internal branching structure. It is designed specifically for applications requiring power distribution or signal distribution from a single source to multiple load devices simultaneously, and is widely used in LED light strip lighting systems, smart home control modules, multi-fan cooling systems, robotic multi-joint drive control, security monitoring multi-camera power supply, and various electronic devices requiring a "one-in, multiple-out" wire topology. Compared with traditional single-line direct connection harness, the 1-drag-4 branch harness significantly simplifies the overall internal wire structure of equipment, reducing the number of connectors and the space required on the main control board or power module, while also substantially reducing wire clutter and maintenance difficulty caused by multiple separate wire runs — making it an ideal choice for improving overall assembly efficiency and product aesthetics.The main trunk section of the harness is manufactured from premium multi-core sheathed wire, with conductor cross-sectional area selectable according to the customer's overall current-carrying requirements. The sheath material offers excellent wear resistance, aging resistance, and flame retardancy, fully ensuring the electrical safety of the trunk line under prolonged multi-branch load conditions. The end of the trunk is fitted with a standard XH2.54 series female or male terminal (selectable according to the customer's actual mating device), with pin spacing strictly following the 2.54mm industry-standard pitch, ensuring good compatibility with the vast majority of standard XH series mating terminals available on the market, with smooth insertion and secure engagement. Following a well-designed internal branching structure, the trunk line extends into four independent branches, each terminated with an XH2.54 terminal. The specific pin count of each branch (such as 2P, 3P, 4P, etc.), male/female terminal configuration, wire color, and branch length can all be independently customized according to the interface specifications of the actual devices being connected, achieving a design philosophy of "consistent trunk, flexible branches" that fully meets real-world application needs where load device interfaces are not standardized.In terms of electrical performance, the product undergoes rigorous current-splitting balance design and testing, ensuring relatively balanced voltage and current distribution across the four branches under actual load operating conditions, avoiding abnormal voltage drops or spikes in any single branch caused by inconsistent line impedance. All terminals are precision-stamped from high-quality copper alloy and surface-treated with tin plating, offering excellent conductivity and oxidation resistance that resists poor contact or oxidative blackening over long-term use. We support in-depth customization of trunk length, number of branches (adjustable to 1-drag-2, 1-drag-3, 1-drag-4, or even more branches as needed), branch length, wire color assignment, and specific terminal specifications according to actual project requirements, and offer both small-batch sample validation and large-scale stable mass production services.
