Customized high-temperature connection cable designed specifically for high-temperature operating environments, featuring an O-type ring terminal on one end and a 4.8mm spade terminal on the other, with the wire protected by an outer high-temperature fiberglass sleeve. It serves as a dedicated solution for heating elements, heaters, ovens, electric kettles, industrial drying equipment, and various high-temperature electric heating components. Unlike the PVC or ordinary plastic sheathing used in standard electronic harness, fiberglass sleeving is known for its outstanding high-temperature resistance, maintaining stable insulation protection under prolonged high-temperature conditions (typically able to withstand continuous operating temperatures of 200°C to 300°C or higher, with the specific temperature rating selectable according to actual customer requirements). Unlike ordinary plastic sheathing, it does not soften, melt, crack, or char under high heat, making it the ideal choice for lead wires connected to heating elements and heating wires. The internal conductor is made of high-temperature nickel-plated copper core wire or high-temperature alloy wire (selectable according to the customer's actual operating temperature and current-carrying requirements). 
Compared with ordinary tin-plated copper wire, nickel plating further improves the conductor's oxidation resistance in high-temperature environments, preventing oxidation, embrittlement, or breakage during prolonged high-temperature operation, and fully ensuring the harness's long-term stable performance under high-heat conditions. The fiberglass sleeve covering the wire is tightly braided, offering good flexibility and a degree of mechanical protection, shielding the conductor from direct high-temperature damage while also providing wear resistance and bend resistance, facilitating wire routing during actual installation. Regarding the terminals, the O-type ring terminal end is typically used for bolted connection to the terminal post of a heating element or an equipment housing, made of high-temperature, corrosion-resistant alloy material to ensure good conductivity and structural stability even in high-heat environments. 
The 4.8mm spade terminal end is used for quick plug-in connection to thermostats, relays, junction boxes, and other control components, offering convenient insertion/removal and reliable contact. The entire harness — including the wire, sleeve, and terminals — is designed as an integrated high-temperature-resistant assembly, ensuring the product operates stably as a whole under actual high-temperature working conditions, without any single component's insufficient heat resistance becoming a weak link in the overall system. We support in-depth customization according to the customer's actual operating temperature range, conductor wire gauge, overall harness length, and the specific terminal specifications at both ends. During production, we strictly implement continuity testing, high-temperature aging testing, insulation resistance testing, and terminal crimp strength testing as part of a multi-layered quality control process, ensuring every harness meets relevant industry standards before shipment — providing customers with a safe, reliable, and highly heat-resistant customized high-temperature harness solution, serving industries such as electric heating equipment manufacturing, industrial drying, and household appliances.
